Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. We keep a record of the time that we spend working for you using time tracking software, this breakdown will be provided within your invoice. A maximum of 2 hours unused may be carried over to the following month.
Project Work and our Marketing Strategy Package will be charged as a one-off fee dependent on approximate time to complete and required involvement.
Agreed list of tasks will be confirmed and a contract will be signed by both parties.
